We are an all-in-one day support program, helping individuals with developmental disabilities thrive.
Maxwell's Place offers services for all Developmental Disabilities. The implementation of appropriate age and skill level programs will be first. We use a holistic approach to encompass all of an individual's skills. Another main focus for all individuals is to support them in the following areas: daily life and social skills, physical activities to stimulate the mind, and cognitive development.

We provide quality day support and person centered services for each individual. Maxwell’s Place is dedicated to delivering high quality, individualized services.
Maxwell's Place accepts individuals through Support Coordination. All individuals must be at least 18 years of age and have Waiver Services.
Maxwell's Place is currently accepting new individuals.

Maxwell’s Place Day Support Program is a State Licensed/Medicaid Waiver Day Support Program for Developmental Disabilities.
We accept Medicaid and DD Waiver individuals ages 18 and older, with an IQ of 70 and below. Transportation to and from the Program is not provided.
The cost for individuals are paid through waiver services.
